Boat Club

The 2026 Corn Roast will be held August 15th from 11 am to 10:00 pm at Scott Park in Omro. The City of Omro will be done with construction at Scott Park, so the Corn Roast will be at its normal location. And Hwy 21 construction is finished in Omro, so street parking is back!

Come enjoy music with your local corn!

  • American Platinum will be playing 6:00 to 10:00 pm.

  • Drew Hicks and Friends - 3:00 to 5:00 pm

  • Power Play Trio - 12 - 3 pm

Also serving burgers, brats, hot dogs, beer, wine coolers, soda.

Of course we will have lots of raffle prizes!!!

With part of Hwy 21 still closed for construction, to reach Omro from Oshkosh, take Hwy E (Witzel Ave) then south on Harrison St or Webster.  Or take Hwy 21 to Leonard Point Road to Springbrook Rd.

The Fox River Runners are a diverse group of residents and business people with a common goal of preserving and maintaining our waterways.

We meet monthly at various locations near Omro on the first Monday of the month from March through November. To get the next location send a note via the Contact page. Come meet us!

The Fox River Runners:

  • ​Purchase, place, and maintain navigational buoys in the Fox River

  • Help fund the operation of the Eureka Lock

  • Improve and help maintain local boat ramps

  • Improve and help maintain sea walls in our local parks

  • Serve as a voice for boaters with city, county & state governments and with the WI DNR

  • Stay on top of major issues facing the Fox River

  • Work closely with other area boat clubs to promote Omro parks and businesses
